So very disappointed

I thought when I ordered the two tops from you things were going to be different. As a big breasted woman i was looking for a good fit that had length on the body and looked good! Both of the tops fell so far short of the mark!

I am contacting you as I have just seen your feedback comments and would like to understand further how I can possibly put things right. I work really hard as I am a single person business, and I value my customers dearly. 1 negative (1 star) feedback does have a severe impact on any business especially a small one however, What I am asking is how can I put things right for you so that you would consider removing the 1-star feedback? I am always available to be contacted - I would like to understand further how I can change your negative to a positive? And be given the opportunity to try to put this right for you.
The measurements of the top you purchased was specified within the description for the top as I do try to give accurate descriptions, so my customers know what to expect. Also you bought two tops with very different sizes did you have the same issue with both tops?
Your help and consideration will be hugely appreciated
